Capital for Kids was previously involved in the National Hedge Fund Cares organization from 2003 to 2004. However, in order to broaden our donor base to include other non-hedge fund firms in the local investment community, we amicably disassociated with Hedge Fund Cares in 2005. As a result the percentage of money raised going directly to our local charities has significantly increased. In just the past seven years, we have raised over $8,000,000 to support North Texas agencies.
The organizations that Capital for Kids supports are vehicles for change in the personal lives and surroundings of the children in our community who desperately need our help.
